Announcement (Inbound Exchange Students Nomination)

2026 Year Student Exchange Programme
General Steps:
1. Nomination: Please nominate students no later by October 24th, 2025.
2.Each our partner university is assigned with only one coordinator as the nominator for the agreements, for example: exchange student agreement for one particular nominator, dual degree agreement for another nominator; two agreements can also be assigned to the same nominator. If there is more than one nominator please kindly inform us via the email qfoffice01@nkust.edu.tw.
3. Please via the link in the email or below that we send you from the online system to log into Nomination page and place your nominate students. The account will be your email without the password for the first time log in. After the first time log in, you could set your own password for the multiple log-in regarding to the future semesters nomination use.
4. The nominated students will receive an email with registration link after our Office of International Affairs (OIA) verified the nominations. Please note that this service is only available during the nomination and apply period.
