The monthly scholarship for outstanding contributions
Apply for 1st semester of the 114 academic year (2025/9-2026/2)
Application period: From July 1st to 6th, 2025
Eligibility： Enrolled International Doctoral Students who have outstanding research performance at the University
Number of scholarship recipients: 8
Remarks：
- The award period for the Outstanding Contribution Scholarship for the 1st semester of the 114th academic year is six months, from September 2025 to February 2026, with a monthly stipend of NT$8,000.
- Students enrolled in 110 to 112 semesters, the paper applies for the outstanding contributions must be published or accepted for publication in the period from February 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, and have never applied for a monthly stipend of NT$12,000 scholarship before.
- Students enrolled in the 113th academic year for which the paper applies for outstanding contributions must be published or accepted for publication in the period from the date of enrollment to July 31, 2025, and have never applied for a monthly stipend of NT$12,000 scholarship before.
- The Excess quantity of international journal paper means: excluding the paper that has been used for 114 monthly stipend of NTD 12,000 scholarship, and the applicant still has more than 1 international paper accepted for publication or published in the previous semester(for 110th-112th academic year admissions)/ the previous academic year(for 113th academic year admissions).
- Students enrolled in the 110th academic year must be the first author or corresponding author of the paper that has been published or accepted for publication.
- Students enrolled in the 111th and 112th academic years must be either the first author or the second author (with the supervisor/advisor professor listed as the first author) of a paper that has been published or accepted for publication.
- Students enrolled in the 113th academic year must be the first author in addition to the supervisor/advisor professor of a paper that has been published or accepted for publication. When a research paper has multiple first authors, students must be listed first in the order of importance.
- The international journal paper mentioned above refer the ones with SCI(E)、SSCI、A&HCI or ABI, applicants must provide a copy of the published paper or proof of acceptance for publication.
- Since August 1, 2023, the journal papers published by MDPI, FRONTIERS MEDIA SA and HINDAWI will not be counted.
